Soccer Recap: Sheldon Takes a Loss

Sheldon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against MOC-Floyd Valley this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 on Thursday.

Sheldon's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-6.

Sheldon has already played their next match (against Western Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Sibley-Ocheyedan on the 12th.
