The Cypress Lake Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Riverdale Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Cypress Lake is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season.

Cypress Lake took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Cape Coral 2-1.

Luca Della-Seta was the driving force of Cypress Lake's attack as he scored both of Cypress Lake's goals, bringing his season total up to six goals.

Meanwhile, Riverdale didn't have quite enough to beat Gateway on Friday and fell 4-3. That's two games in a row now that Riverdale have lost by just one goal.

Cypress Lake now has a winning record of 2-1-1. As for Riverdale, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
