Basketball Recap: Ty Goodwin's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Oak Hill over Fairview

Oak Hill lost against Fairview back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rams took a 67-53 bruising from the Panthers. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oak Hill lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ty Goodwin, who posted 13 points and three steals. Everette Boone was another key player, shooting 50% from the field on his way to 12 points.

Oak Hill's record now sits at 1-5. As for Fairview, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Looking ahead, Oak Hill is taking a road trip to take on Reeves at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fairview, they will host JS Clark Leadership Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
