Basketball Recap: Warren County Takes a Loss

Warren County lost against Meridian last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warren County Wildcats had to suffer through a 108-35 loss at the hands of the Meridian Mustangs. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Warren County's loss came despite strong showings from Ethan Bare and Adrian Craig. Bare posted 13 points and six boards, while Craig had 15 points and six rebounds.

This is the second loss in a row for Warren County and nudges their season record down to 6-17. As for Meridian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 22-0.

Warren County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Meridian, they will take on Skyline at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Meridian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
