Volleyball Game Preview: West Iron County Wykons vs. Gwinn Modeltowners

The West Iron County Wykons are taking a road trip to challenge the Gwinn Modeltowners at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Iron County is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

West Iron County lost 3-0 to Calumet on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Gwinn earned a 3-1 win over Gladstone on Thursday.

Gwinn's victory bumped their record up to 4-5-1. As for West Iron County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

West Iron County took their win against Gwinn when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wykons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
