Preview: Blue Hills RVT Warriors vs. Norton Lancers
The Blue Hills RVT Warriors will head out on the road to challenge the Norton Lancers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Blue Hills RVT is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road.
On Friday, Blue Hills RVT had just enough and edged Keefe Tech out 55-53. Given Blue Hills RVT's advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 84th, while Keefe Tech is ranked 246th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Norton pushed their score all the way to 59 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 60-59 to Millis. Norton has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Blue Hills RVT has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. As for Norton, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
Blue Hills RVT came up short against Norton in their previous matchup on Monday, falling 54-45. Can Blue Hills RVT avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
