Soccer Game Preview: Inter-City Baptist vs. Clarenceville

The Inter-City Baptist Chargers will head out on the road to square off against the Clarenceville Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Inter-City Baptist will be strutting in after a victory while Clarenceville will be coming in after a loss.

Inter-City Baptist took a loss when they played away from home back in March, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Lutheran 4-0. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Inter-City Baptist considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Meanwhile, after soaring to six goals the game before, Clarenceville was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to Oakland Christian. Clarenceville have struggled against Oakland Christian recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

The win got Inter-City Baptist back to even at 1-1. As for Clarenceville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1.
