Warren and Holmes are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Warren Warriors will head out on the road to challenge the Holmes Huskies at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Holmes took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Warren, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Warren was able to grind out a solid victory over Marshall, taking the game 6-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

The team relied heavily on Daniel Escarcega, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-3. Jeremiah Casias also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Meanwhile, Holmes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 15-1 to Taft. Huskies fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Raiders since on Friday.

Holmes' loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Warren, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.

Warren skirted past Holmes 10-9 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Warren since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
