Volleyball Game Preview: Parma Panthers vs. New Plymouth Pilgrims + How To Watch

The Parma Panthers will face off against the New Plymouth Pilgrims at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Parma is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

On Tuesday, Parma didn't have quite enough to beat Vision and fell 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Parma sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 23-25, 25-19, 20-25, 15-12.

Meanwhile, New Plymouth earned a 3-1 win over Compass Charter on Tuesday. The Pilgrims haven't had any issues with the Aviators recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

New Plymouth was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 21-25, 25-15.

Parma's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for New Plymouth, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.

Parma skirted past New Plymouth 3-2 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Pilgrims have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
