Basketball Game Preview: Ouray Trojans vs. Nucla Mustangs

The Ouray Trojans will head out on the road to square off against the Nucla Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Ouray is looking for their season's first victory.

Last Thursday, Ouray lost to Telluride on the road by a 35-19 margin.

Meanwhile, Nucla came up short against Plateau Valley on Saturday and fell 41-34. The Mustangs have struggled against the Cowboys recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Ouray's defeat dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Nucla, their loss dropped their record down to 17-4.

Ouray took a serious blow against Nucla in their previous meeting back in January, falling 66-7. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Ouray was down 42-3.
