Basketball Recap: Woodlawn Comes Up Short

Woodlawn was the 54-37 winner over Parkville when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Woodlawn Warriors were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 39-38 to the Parkville Knights. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Woodlawn's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Parkville, the win snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 2-11 record.

Woodlawn will welcome Owings Mills at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Woodlawn is facing Owings Mills at the right time seeing as Owings Mills is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. Parkville has already played their next matchup (against Lansdowne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
