La Salle was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating La Salle 37-22. The Lancers came in at 24 in the state poll after placing at number 29 last week.

Archbishop Moeller led Greater Catholic - South in scoring this week after putting up 37 points on La Salle.

St. Xavier's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Nicholas Tensing threw for 237 and three touchdowns and Kevin Milligan had 108 yards receiving. On the ground Tensing chipped in 55 yards. Joey Arbino helped St. Xavier's passing attack out by catching two balls for 58 yards.

St. Xavier's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bombers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Tensing has thrown for 1353 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Milligan has 37 catches for 399 yards. CJ Hilliard leads the league in rushing with 441 yards.

The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Elder and the Fighting Crusaders. The Panthers enters the contest ranked 16th in the state, while Archbishop Moeller ranks third.

Tom Grippa's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 348 from 427. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 37-22 victory over the Lancers last week.
