Volleyball Game Preview: Arizona College Prep Knights vs. Cienega Bobcats

Arizona College Prep is on a seven-game streak of home wins, while Cienega is on an eight-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Knights will welcome the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Arizona College Prep is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Sunrise Mountain.

Arizona College Prep was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 26-24, 23-25, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Cienega faced Willow Canyon in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Bobcats won by a set and slipped past the Wildcats 2-1.

Cienega has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season. As for Arizona College Prep, their win bumped their record up to 24-7.
