Caden Wiley posted a new career-high in runs on Wednesday. He wasn't messing around, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. The game was his third straight with two or more stolen bases.

Wiley's strong effort led Crete-Monee over Thornton and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors are a perfect 10-0 against the Wildcats going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
