Volleyball Recap: Normandy Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Normandy's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They won by a set and slipped past the North Vikings 3-2.

Normandy was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-21, 21-25, 26-24, 15-11.

Normandy's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6. As for North, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Normandy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Westside Christian Academy on the 6th. As for North, they are taking a road trip to take on Avon at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
