Soccer Recap: Woodlawn Comes Up Short

Woodlawn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Huffman Vikings, falling 6-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Huffman this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 two weeks ago.

Woodlawn's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Huffman, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-4.

Woodlawn didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Wenonah on the 3rd. As for Huffman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 loss against Mountain Brook on the 3rd.
