Volleyball Recap: Concrete Comes Up Short

Concrete was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Darrington Loggers, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Concrete's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Darrington, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concrete will take on Crescent at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday. The Loggers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight. As for Darrington, they will head out to take on Pe Ell at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
