Basketball Game Preview: Fossil Ridge SaberCats vs. Windsor Wizards

Fossil Ridge and Windsor are an even 4-4 against one another since December of 2017, but not for long. The Fossil Ridge SaberCats will square off against the Windsor Wizards at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fossil Ridge is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last nine games.

Fossil Ridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They secured an 83-79 W over Mountain Vista on Saturday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Windsor, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They blew past Greeley West 74-1 on Friday. With the Wizards ahead 48-1 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Windsor's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 42.2 points. As for Fossil Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.

Fossil Ridge came up short against Windsor when the teams last played back in December of 2023, falling 47-41. Can Fossil Ridge avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
