Banneker waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 13-6 victory over the Creekside Seminoles. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Seminoles, too.

Banneker's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cheyenne Richmond, who rushed for 45 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 116 yards and one TD while completing 75% of her passes.

Banneker's record is now 10-1. As for Creekside, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coincidentally, Banneker and Creekside will both be playing Langston Hughes the next time they take the field. The Seminoles will head out to face the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
