Volleyball Recap: Twin River Takes a Loss

Twin River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays.

Madalyn Moeller paced Twin River's offense, picking up three kills. Moeller got some help from Callie Held and her seven assists. Moeller was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Twin River's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Guardian Angels Central Catholic, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-2.

Twin River will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Conestoga at 10:00 a.m. As for Guardian Angels Central Catholic, they will take on Louisville in a tournament on Saturday.
