Soccer Game Preview: Chippewa Falls vs. Hudson

Chippewa Falls hasn't had much luck against Hudson recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Cardinals will face off against the Raiders. Chippewa Falls' last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Chippewa Falls is headed into Tuesday's game following a draw, the team's first since April 14. Neither they nor Eau Claire North could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Despite a strong season so far, Hudson has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They fell 2-0 to River Falls on Tuesday. Hudson fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against River Falls since on Tuesday.

With that draw, Chippewa Falls' record moves to 5-9-2. As for Hudson, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5-2.

Chippewa Falls might still be hurting after the 11-0 defeat they got from Hudson in their previous meeting on May 6th. Can the Cardinals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
