One of the hottest tickets last week involved the clash between St. Joseph (ranked 9th in CT) and Darien (ranked 9th in CT). St. Joseph was crushed by Darien 42 - 10. As a result, St. Joseph fell two positions in the power rankings.

Killingly has been an offensive powerhouse for three straight weeks after the team lit up the scoreboard again last week. It picked up a decisive 'W' against Griswold, finishing up at 49 - 0. Senior Spencer Lockwood was a big part of the win as his strong performance led the charge (he ran for 255 yards and also punched in four touchdowns). Points Galore
Suffield Academy gave both Deerfield Academy and its quarterback (sacked four times) a rough time last week. Suffield Academy claimed a 37 - 27 victory over Deerfield Academy. Junior Tyler Pereira deserves a lot of the credit as he ran for 136 yards and also punched in three touchdowns. At 64 total points, this was the highest scoring power ranking game of the week.
