Basketball Game Preview: Eastlake Wolves vs. Lake Washington Kangaroos

Eastlake and Lake Washington are an even 3-3 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. The Eastlake Wolves will welcome the Lake Washington Kangaroos at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Eastlake has struggled recently with four defeats in a row, while Lake Washington will arrive with four straight wins.

Last Friday, Eastlake came up short against Cedarcrest and fell 56-46.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Lake Washington beat Sammamish 82-78 on Friday. Given the Kangaroos' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the RedHawks are ranked 124th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lake Washington pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Eastlake, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6.
