Baseball Recap: Nine Straight Home Victories for St. Ansgar

St. Ansgar put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Crestwood Cadets get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Saints also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2023.

St. Ansgar pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Crestwood, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Ansgar will venture away from home to challenge Charles City at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Crestwood, they will head out to take on Decorah-North Winneshiek at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Cadets' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
