Volleyball Game Preview: Wayland Warriors vs. Boston Latin Wolfpack

Wayland is 2-7 against Boston Latin since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Warriors will head out on the road to take on the Wolfpack at 4:00 p.m. Wayland will be strutting in after a victory while Boston Latin will be coming in after a defeat.

On Thursday, Wayland made easy work of Cambridge Rindge & Latin and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Boston Latin came up short against Brookline on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Wolfpack haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Boston Latin's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Wayland, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Wayland came out on top in a nail-biter against Boston Latin in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
