Baseball Recap: St. Louis HomeSchool P Comes Up Short

St. Louis HomeSchool P lost against Gateway Legacy Christian Academy back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The St. Louis HomeSchool P Patriots took a 13-9 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gateway Legacy Christian Academy Lions. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Camden Rodriguez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ben Janssen, who scored two runs while going 1-for-4.

St. Louis HomeSchool P now has a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, St. Louis HomeSchool P will face off against Lutheran North at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Gateway Legacy Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 9-3 defeat against DeSoto on the 20th.
