Inlet Grove came out on top in a nail-biter against Somerset College Prep Academy and snuck past 56-53. Given Inlet Grove's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 136th, while Somerset College Prep Academy is ranked 401st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
The win got Jupiter Christian back to even at 2-2. As for Inlet Grove, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.
Everything came up roses for Jupiter Christian against Inlet Grove when the teams last played back in February as the team secured a 65-37 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Inlet Grove's Ja-Sean Penate, who scored 16 points. Now that he won't be playing on Friday, will it be that much easier for Jupiter Christian to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
