Softball Recap: Baldwin County Tigers vs. Gulf Shores Dolphins
Baldwin County barely beat Gulf Shores the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Baldwin County Tigers never let the Gulf Shores Dolphins get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory on Thursday. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by six runs or more this season.
The result came thanks to Madilyn Byrd's shutout, as she gave up just two hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances.
