Wheaton North waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Glenbard North Panthers by a score of 2-0. The Falcons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Wheaton North not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Glenbard North between 15 and 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16.

Wheaton North had a senior duo take command as Abby Lee had five digs and three aces and Sophia Ohashi had three digs and two aces.

Wheaton North was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive matches.

Wheaton North's record now sits at 20-14. As for Glenbard North, their loss dropped their record down to 19-14.

Coming up, Wheaton North will head out on the road to challenge South Elgin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Glenbard North will be paying especially close attention to the Falcons' matchup: after the Falcons face off against the Storm, they'll take on Glenbard North again at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
