It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but East Fairmont had no problem doing just that on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Brooke Bruins 97-13. The Bees' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

East Fairmont's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kailee Haymond, who made all 8 shots she took to post 21 points and four steals. Haymond has been hot, having posted three or more steals the last six times she's played. Kasey Rogers was another key player, as she made all 6 shots she took racking up 17 points and seven steals.

East Fairmont was working as a unit and finished the game with 25 assists. They are a perfect 19-0 when they've passed the ball that well.

The victory (which was East Fairmont's tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points over those games. As for Brooke, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-23.

Coming up, East Fairmont will take on Elkins at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. East Fairmont knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matchups -- so hopefully Elkins likes a good challenge. Brooke does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
