Volleyball Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss

Riverside's tournament run continued when they took on Clover on Saturday. The Warriors fell just short of the Blue Eagles by a score of 2-1.

Tanner Tumblin paced Riverside's offense, picking up seven kills. Tumblin got some help from Ignacio Miguez and his nine assists. Tumblin was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Riverside will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Carolina Forest at 2:00 p.m. As for Clover, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Indian Land at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
