Foard won the last time they faced St. Stephens and things went their way on Friday too. The Foard Tigers enjoyed a cozy 45-30 victory over the St. Stephens Indians. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Foard found their leader in sophomore Jessica Bailey, who posted 18 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Kinzer Abernathy, who put up eight points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Loss or not, St. Stephens got some senior leadership from Sydney Barkley and Kennedy Blevins. Barkley dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten boards, while Blevins scored six points along with seven rebounds and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Barkley has scored all season.

Foard's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for St. Stephens, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season.

Foard will have a chance to go back-to-back against St. Stephens: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
