Softball Game Preview: Santa Fe Wildcats vs. Hickman County Bulldogs

The Santa Fe Wildcats will challenge the Hickman County Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Santa Fe will be strutting in after a win while Hickman County will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with nine losses in a row dating back to last season, Santa Fe turned things around against Spring Hill on Wednesday. They blew past the Raiders 18-3. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their one-run performance the game before.

Meanwhile, Hickman County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against East Hickman County, falling 12-6.

Hickman County's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Santa Fe, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
