Ropes won against New Home last Tuesday with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Tahoka Bulldogs with a sharp 11-1 win. Considering the Eagles have won 17 matchups by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Ropes has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for Tahoka, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Ropes will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bulldogs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
