Soccer Game Preview: ConVal vs. Bow

The ConVal Cougars will take on the Bow Falcons at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. ConVal's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

ConVal's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Milford 1-0. Given ConVal's advantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire soccer rankings (they are ranked 17th, while Milford are ranked 65th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Bow entered their contest against Hollis-Brookline on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Falcons fell just short of the Cavaliers by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Bow's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

ConVal's win bumped their record up to 8-1-3. As for Bow, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-3.
