The Santa Gertrudis Academy Lions will be playing in front of their home fans against the King Brahmas at 7:30 p.m. King took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Santa Gertrudis Academy, who comes in off a win.

Santa Gertrudis Academy will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Rockport-Fulton, who they had gone 1-7 against in their eight prior meetings. Santa Gertrudis Academy came out on top against Rockport-Fulton by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 356th, while the Pirates are ranked 770th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against Rockport-Fulton, falling 8-0.
