            Volleyball Recap: Osseo Orioles vs. Spring Lake Park Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            Osseo lost against Spring Lake Park back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Saturday. The Orioles took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Orioles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
 Spring Lake Park's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Anne Wright led the charge by  getting five  digs and two  aces. What's more,  Wright racked up 12  assists, the most she's  had  over her last nine  contests. Another player making a difference was  Amilya Wordlaw, who  had ten  digs.
Osseo's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Spring Lake Park,  the  victory snapped their losing streak at four matches  and leaves them with a 15-9-1 record.
 Looking ahead, Osseo will square off against Maple Grove at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Spring Lake Park, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  match,  a  2-0  win against Duluth East on the 18th.
