After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sycamore, Woodstock North was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Johnsburg Skyhawks with a sharp 13-3 victory. The win continues a trend for the Thunder in their matchups with the Skyhawks: they've now won five in a row.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Johnsburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Woodstock North is set to square off against their familiar foe Harvard at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Johnsburg will challenge rival Woodstock at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
