Taconic had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Everything went their way against the Monument Mountain Spartans as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Thunder have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Taconic's victory bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Monument Mountain, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 10-5 record.

Coming up, Taconic will square off against Southwick Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Monument Mountain, they will head out to take on Granby at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
