Volleyball Game Preview: Atlantic Eagles vs. Forest Hill Falcons

The Atlantic Eagles will challenge the Forest Hill Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Atlantic took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Sports Leadership & Management.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Atlantic took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Meanwhile, Forest Hill had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Wildcats.

Atlantic has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Forest Hill, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

Atlantic skirted past Forest Hill 3-2 in their previous meeting back in April of 2023. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
