Basketball Recap: Winston Piles Up the Points Against Pattonsburg

There's no place like home for Winston, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Pattonsburg Panthers 65-31. For the Red Birds, this counts as revenge for the 65-58 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Winston now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Pattonsburg, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Winston will welcome North Harrison at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pattonsburg, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 68-65 loss against Tri-County on the 10th.
