After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Keswick Christian, Seffner Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 13-6 win over the Bell Creek Academy Panthers. The score was all tied up 6-6 at the break, but the Crusaders were the (much) better team in the second half.

Brooke Knox threw for 132 yards and one touchdown. Morgyn Jackson was her top target, picking up 79 receiving yards and one TD.

Seffner Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Bell Creek Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season.

Seffner Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 34-0 loss against Plant on the 4th. As for Bell Creek Academy, they will host Riverview Academy of Math and Science at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
