Baseball Recap: Ridge View Comes Up Short

Ridge View suffered their closest loss since June 5th on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Woodbury Central Wildcats by a score of 8-6. The Raptors have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Ridge View's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Woodbury Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Ridge View will square off against Newell-Fonda at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Woodbury Central, they will take on Sioux Central at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
