Baseball Recap: Seven Lakes Beats Cinco Ranch for Their Sixth Straight Victory

Seven Lakes hadn't done well against Cinco Ranch recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Seven Lakes Spartans came out on top against the Cinco Ranch Cougars by a score of 10-7. The Spartans' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

James Levin tossed a big game, striking out nine batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits.

At the plate, Christian Villamizar was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Carter Nannini was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two runs and one triple.
