Softball Recap: Upper Dublin Comes Up Short

The Upper Dublin Flying Cardinals came up short against the Springfield Cougars on Monday, falling 15-8. The Flying Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Upper Dublin's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Springfield, the win was the 17th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-3.

Coming up, Upper Dublin will look to defend their home field on Monday against Bayard Rustin at 4:00 p.m. The Flying Cardinals' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Golden Knights have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season. Springfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
