Volleyball Recap: Omaha Christian Comes Up Short

Omaha Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Elm Creek Buffaloes.

Ruby Colling paced Omaha Christian's offense, picking up three kills. Colling got some help from Iahna Hendrick and her seven assists.

Elm Creek found their leader in freshman Reece Steiner, who had 15 digs.

Omaha Christian now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Elm Creek, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Coincidentally, Omaha Christian and Elm Creek will both be playing Dorchester the next time they take the court. The Guardians will head out to face the Longhorns at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Buffaloes will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
