Soccer Recap: Orting Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Orting was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Fife Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Fife this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in March.

Orting's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13-1. As for Fife, they pushed their record up to 11-2-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Orting will welcome Foss at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Orting will be up against Foss' rather soft defense (which has allowed 8.62 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Fife, they are taking a road trip to take on Steilacoom at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fife will need to watch out since Steilacoom have now posted at least four goals in their last four contests.
