Baseball Recap: Luray Bulldogs vs. Page County Panthers
Luray won the last time they faced Page County, and things went their way on Monday too. The Luray Bulldogs came out on top against the Page County Panthers by a score of 4-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).
Cameron Weaver was incredible, going 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Landon Vile, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
Luray's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Page County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-10.
Luray will head out on the road to take on Madison County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison County will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Luray surely won't give up without a fight. Page County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
