Eagle Rock posted their closest victory since April 30, 2025 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Arleta Mustangs 7-6. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won three in a row.

Joceline Acosta was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Rodriguez, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI.

Eagle Rock's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Arleta, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.

Eagle Rock has already played their next matchup, a 7-2 loss against Providence on the 25th. As for Arleta, they will take on Chavez at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
