Bolton extends road losing streak to six

Recap: Bolton Bulldogs vs. Windsor Locks Raiders

The Bolton Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 12th straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 76-39 loss at the hands of Windsor Locks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Bolton has suffered since December 27, 2023.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Andrew Baranov, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.

Windsor Locks' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kyle Hinckley, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Hinckley has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jack Grasso, who scored 15 points along with four steals.

Bolton dropped their record down to 1-12 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Windsor Locks, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bolton will take on Sports & Medical Sciences Academy at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Sports & Medical Sciences Academy is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. As for Windsor Locks, they will head out on the road to challenge Ellington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ellington presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Windsor Locks in Connecticut (Ellington is ranked 18th, while Windsor Locks is ranked 62nd).
